overcoming irrigation problem??

i'm looking to buy a 50 dripper irrigation system (inc pressure regulator) from easywatering.co.uk and a water timer from screwfix as it has very good reviews, i have a couple of queries regarding this:(not screwfix but easywatering)
has anyone used this company or it's easywatering irrigation kits?
my irrigation system will be going off in two directions, one direction will do pots, planters (on top of fireplace) and ones at various pot levels and eventually next year will also go into the greenhouse.
the other direction will go up three steps along under two sets of patio doors with smaller pipe watering a total of twelve pots on the steps a pot on each step, both sides for each patio door (total twelve) and the go out under gate to the front....... now is my 2nd query the troughs out the front are all up on the bay window sills so the thicker supply tube will have to go up to this windowsill level before going along two sets of bay window sills to feed 6 x troughs via the small irrigation tubes, will the water in the supply tube be able to go up a three feet roughly at a fairly steep angle and water the troughs ok? and also this will be the case for the trough above the fireplace on the other supply tube line.
sorry for all the waffle but just trying to give you an idea of the layout of where i will be running the irrigation system, can any of you help with the uphill stage of my run, pitfalls, problems in supply etc or will this not be a problem?? any advice greatly appreciated
