Can anyone name this shrub?

imageimage

We acquired this when we came to live at this property so are unaware of this shrub's age. It has a spread of 150 cm , height 50 cm and has small leaf clusters. Any help would be appreciated in identification.

It looks very like a Whipcord Hebe - possibly James Stirling Barbara.

I think it's something like that too L'bird, although I don't think it's J. Stirling. I had that in a previous garden and the foliage was much heftier and more bronze in colour.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Could be Hebe salicornioides.
