Weed Identification Help

can anyone help. I'm trying to identify an invasive in the garden. I'll try and add a photo later but brief description is as follows:

The leaf looks similar to a squash leaf or rhubarb. Slightly furry or downy. Large and roundish in shape. Root system includes long yellowish strands slightly thinner than small finger. Seems to be springing up everywhere. Grows in both shady and sunny areas

any advice gladly received

many thanks

  • Look up Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) to see if it looks similar.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
  • Can you post a photo Please
