Grape vine and nectarine, what to do!

I have this grape vine and what i think is a nectarine but as you can see there a bit over grown!
i can really walk down the path anymore! Im not worried about the grapes as theres not many and there not very big!
how should i cut them back so there not so over grown and may produce better fruit next year
