Will these hurt my flowers?

imageI have just noticed these little black bugs/spiders on my Antirhinum, what are they and will they hurt lithe plant?

    I saw thank you, I have sprayed them with a very light washing up liquid and water mix. They do kind of hop when you touch them and they doubled in the space of an hour!!
