I have an unidentified climber!!

I received from a lady about 4 years ago a small climber which was about 30cm she said was quite vigorous, this grew at the back of my house against a wall that gets direct sun , about 2 years ago white flowers were produced small but very nice larger than a jasmine flower , this year large avocado type fruits have appeared , I have no clue what it is or what to do ?! The whole climber does spread but attractive to, I attach photos any ideas?
