pear tree leaf fungus

Hello I have 2 well established pear trees that have lots of fruit on. However most of the leaves have rust coloured spots with a fungus like growth beneath and the fruits mostly have brown spots on them too. Is the tree diseased or is there something I can do to sort it? Thank you
