Bean rust

Hello all

I have identified (with help) that my french and runner beans have bean rust but is that what is also causing the markings on the beans?  

I am also worried that now I have the disease (so to speak ????) will I never be able to grow beans in that are again? It is a relatively small area of purpose built raised beds of 2m x 1 adjacent to 2 smaller where I've no doubt the spores have settled as well. ????
