pruning blackberries

Help! My blackberry canes have produced new growth, producing new canes of about 8ft. or more, with extensive side growth.  These seem to be far too long for my support frame.  What do I do about pruning them, please?

Canes produced this year, fruit next year, except for Reuben whuch fruits the same year. Normally with blackberries you train all new shoots one way this year, and the other way next year. That makes it easier to cut out spent canes.   How big is your support frame? Can you make it bigger. ?If you cut down the new shoots, you will lose a lot of next years fruit.
