Tarragon and Greek basil
I have more tarragon and Greek basil than I can use.
Has anybody got any ideas what I can do with them?
In London. Keen but lazy.

Evening B3. Plenty of 'pesto style' recipes on line. This year we had an excellent crop of several flavored basils, rocket, tarragon & for first time we made many small jars of 'pesto' (Herb/nuts/cheese/oil). Easy & quick to make, no cooking involved! Great with pasta. Jars/contents keeping alright in cool larder & once opened in the refrigerator. Hope this helps, Huddy.

Stuff the leaves in plastic bags and put them in the freezer. Take out what you need as and when you need it.
