Why are my Nepeta seedlings going yellow?

Hi guys,

I started some Catmint from seed and have potted them up but a few weeks ago I noticed the leaves were turning yellow and eventually going brown at the edges as you can see from the photos.

Does anyone know what the cause of it is? And will they recover at all?

    The bits at the bottom look OK, I'd cut off those long discoloured bits and if the roots have filled the pots, pot on. They grow quickly.

    Will give this a go. Can wet compost cause the yellowing at all?
