Daphne odora aureomarginata

Hi all, I have had my Daphne for about 14 years and it has thrived despite being moved several times.
For the last 3 years it has been in a very large pot and doing well until this summer. Although my garden was looked after while I was away, I have come back and the Daphne's leaves are drooping. It seemed water logged so I have moved it out of the pot and into the garden but it doesn't seem any better.
Any advice very welcome.
Thank you

I think Verdun is right.
Leave it and see.

Verdun is probably right, I don't think age to be moving it. Did you move it recently? I don't believe they much like being in wet ground either, if you have moved it to such a place it could otherwise be caused by that.
Thank you all. I moved a few days ago, thinking it was waterlogged and that that was the reason.
I'll just wait and see, otherwise I'll buy another one. The smell is so wonderful!
