Raspberries - Blotchy Leaves

Episode 26 Aug -pruning summer fruiting raspberries. Leaves appear blotchy yellow and green (like mine!) - is this a virus condition or is it normal?
(noticed on mine first time last year)

It wouldn't do any harm to give them a dose of Epsom Salts - that's what my granny's gardener used to do for yellowing raspberry leaves

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Are they the leaves on the fruited canes?if so they're just dying off and time to cut the fruited canes out.
According to my wife, on whose behalf I posted this question, it is neither of these things. She is convinced it is a virus
