Hops.....?????

Hi all

A member posted a comment about hops early this year however cant find it so would appreciate help on who posted thanks

Picture shows hops growing on my plot which is a hobby of my friends son however the plant is not that big so is there a end product in the plant

Any help appreciated

I see hop flowers which are the bits used for brewing. I believe they have to be dry before harvesting for use.
