Post some more pics, the whole plant, a selection of leaves and how they join to the stem. Little bits of it don't give an over-all impression of a plant
so far I can't see JKW, bindweed or, if the last photo is the same as the others, Himalayan Honeysuckle.
Though I can see the top pic could be Himalayan Honeysuckle. Just need a better view
LadyDi there is a distinct possibility it may NOT be JKW. If you can please take some more pictures of the whole plant and post it on here as nutcutlet asks then others can take a look at the plant and try to get a definitive identification. Don't despair yet.

Maybe this will help. I think you can sleep tonight. If its Himalayan honeysuckle, and in the wrong place, spray it with glyphosate.

I will need to go back and investigate further i feel
Once again i thank you all so much for your help
If you pulled it out roots and all it's not JKW, those roots are in the centre of the earth

The pictures + as nut says, the ease of removal of plant, roots and all, really does NOT suggest JKW.

I agree - I can't see anything that looks like JKW in any of those photos.
