rocket and caterpillars

I've previously grown rocket without any problems. This year I decided to grow more tasty varieties `wasabi' and `wildfire' but both have been decimated by caterpillars. Has anyone else found this, and does anyone know of a deterrent or non-poisonous solution?

yeah I have found what I thought to be cabbage white caterpillars on my rocket, I try to garden organically so I just pick them off! you could try covering your rocket with fine mesh/fleece that the butterflies cant get through
