Can anyone advise me if there is a correct time of year to hang a bee hotel in the garden? Thanks

There isn't a particular time to hang a bee hotel. They can be useful now as it is not only bees that use bee hotels and some insects like ladybirds will be looking for a safe haven to overwinter.
