Does anyone know what this plant is called please? At first glance I thought it was Love Lies Bleeding but now I am not so sure

looks like pheasant berry - also known as Himalayan Honeysuckle (don't panic, not Himalayan balsam!)

Yes, Leycesteria formosa. Can be a bit of a seed weed where suited.
