They look cracking Lester, beautiful roses. They look very healthy.

Look forward to more photos of your gardening skills

Just to say all these photos shown are roses growing in the garden I work at.

What do you get some one who has more than everything well its a collection of photos showing the beautiful roses that his talented and highly skilled gardener has created in his garden.

I intend to make a 2017 rose calender and then at Christmas give it to the owners as a Christmas present. I know it's not much but then I'm not that rich .

And you get to see what a beautiful place I work I do hope you all like them as well god bless Lester

  • They are beautiful!  Do you know the names of the roses and if so could you tell us image

  • Lovely photos, Bulkherb - I feel that I probably know many of the roses: my father & grandfather had quite extensive collections when we lived in the English Midlands. Might it be worthwhile naming each one when you get to the final selection for your calendar??

    All roses are David Austin

I will list all roses next week and to clarify these 12 photos are likely to be my final selection

  • thanks bulkerb. I've just bought a couple of David Austin roses and they are beautiful, I got Gertrude Jekyll and Scept'd Isle, they look and smell heavenly. I had A Shropshire Lad climber at my old house, another beauty!

They're beautiful. It's a shame you can get a scent app!
