Have had lovely blooms on my.pkant ..it's in a large.container..what do I need to do to it now please

Hi hobsonmandy. I am assuming that your Hydrangea is a Mophead (the one with rounded flower spikes). Just leave it alone over Winter - the faded flowers will look lovely with a touch of frost on them. Keep it well watered. In March cut back the flowering shoots to the first pair of big buds and remove any crossing stems by cutting right out. A little fertiliser in Spring will give it a boost
