No, in a word. Or to put it another way, it is very unlikely that they will ripen this year because we are sliding away from summer, sadly. Best course of action is to remove them and hope for better next year.
I've just removed similar figlets from my greenhouse plant because I can't bear the disappointment of watching them stay the same size. The last of the ripe fruits got eaten a few days back.

If they don't grow any bigger and stay pea-sized there is a chance they will survive the winter and will grow and ripen next year. If they carry on growing this year they won't ripen or survive the winter so best removed. See RHS advice, here:

It's only around 3-4 foot high and I bought it 3 years ago for the foliage rathr than the fruit. Thanks for the info..
