Are the florets still to form or has this bolted?

It has bolted Lulu. Is the soil in that area prone to drying out? You have to keep a close eye on broccoli as time between florets growing to a useful size to harvest and them turning into flowers is very short (about a week.)
Thanks Bob. I had to go away for a few days so they must have got too dry. Up they come!
