I have a sunflower which has produced 11 flower heads on one stem. Is this normal as have never come across this before. Children growing the seed that they were given from school

Angelica - it all depends on the sort of seed. Some sunflowers only have one large flower, others are multi stemmed and multi flowered. Both are very cheery
