Hi all do any of you know how to make a sprained foot better.

    Thank you both,i will try that.It was getting better but I did something that made it worse and i don't know what.image

    Get your thyroid checked!  Underactive thryroid can affect healing/recovery, particularly of tendons, ligaments etc.  

    Speaking as someone who had a badly sprained ankle some time ago, which lasted for years, until the hypothyroid condition was treated.
