We had a bat in the living room last night! Flew in, did a few circuits, showed no signs of leaving so off went the lights and TV till he/she'd gone.
Sedum spectabile pinking up nicely. Physostegia just starting to flower. Roses still going strong cos I'm dead heading regularly. Lots of new flowers on clematis Red Ballon which is unusual but welcome. Plenty more flowers about and no leaves turning yet.
24C in the shade at 6pm.
Definitely late summer and not autumn.
