I this a weed or flowering plant?

imageI have this growing in my garden don't know if it's a weed and needs pulling up or not could someone please verify.

    some kind of euphorbia, E. peplus maybe. I think most gardeners class that as a weed

    Be careful not to get the milky white sap on your skin as it can be an irritant to some people.

    Thank you I did notice that it kind of bled a lot when I cut a piece off I'm new to taking care of the garden and not very good at telling good plants from weeds.
