Pear tree problem

Hi, I have a pear Beth tree, last year we had a late frost which blackened branches and leaves, this year it seem to have come back without frost, we have trouble with aphids but they died off a while ago, I have attached a picture I just took.

Yes I am in the North East and we have seen a lot of rain, after pruning the tree would I have to treat it?

Thanks, I don't know whether you noticed on the picture but some of the branches are black and dying back is this normal? or is it normally just the leaves
