Help please - dying plants
hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can advise - I have a sracocca confusia which is dying - leaves dying off from bottom upwards. The nearby siracocca hookerina looks reasonably healthy but is developing one or two yellowing leaves - I hope that isn't dying too. The plants are about 4-5 years old. Also, close to them are two well established pachysandras. The one closest to the siracocca is fine and thriving but the one slightly further away has almost died - almost overnight!☹️ Has anyone any idea what is happening, should I remove and replace the dying plants or is there something nasty happening in the whole area. All other plants there look fine.
any advice gratefully received. Thank you,

Hi Standen. Is it possible for you to upload some pictures to help to identify the problem?
2 pictures here. As you can see one very healthy pachysandra and one not. Along with a very poorly siraccoocca. Have been very healthy until this year - any thoughts please? Do they need replacing or is there something more sinister that may affect other plants?
On a positive note though I have a weigela that has more flowers on than at any time in the past few years ?
