help to identify whats going on with my chili plants

pls help me with my chili plants almost dying all leave is same like below image.new leaf is curl with same patches .

    Hi Vikas

    It may be spider mite damage.
    You can't really see them without a magnifying glass. If you have a magnifying glass, have a look at the underside of the leaves and see if you can see any tiny bugs.
    These are not the red type that can be seen, but much smaller.

    If it's not that, then it could be a problem with the soil or nutrients

     i don't think its soil problem bcoz it grow fine and suddenly all leaves turning like this and new leaf is crul also.

    can it be Bacterial Leaf Spot?
