can I reuse the compost in containers I've grown potatoes in to grow more veggies ?

Yes! I usually tip mine out and put it into borders and then put new comp in the bags but you can take out half and top up. Dont grow pots in them again though as it may carry fungus over. Ocra, carrots and parsnips are all great in bags and dont need really fertile soil so last years is perfect
