Close up of the flowers would help.
Could be a Helianthus or maybe a Rudbeckia.
Hi Dove. They look like Jerusalem artichokes.
The central disc makes it more like a Rudbeckia, rather than a Heliantus, IMO.

have a look at Helianthus Miss Mellish.
That close up does look more like a Helianthus, now I am confused, nothing new there.
