Pear tree rust. How do I tackle it?

We have a severe case of pear tree rust by the look of it. Every single leaf is infected. What can I do to get rid of it. We have 4 pear trees in the garden and all of them have it. is there anything I can spray on them?

Sorry can't help you but I would be interested in any replies you get as I am suffering from the same, I have 2 trees one is totally covered as per yours however the other is maybe only 20% affected, have heard it is a tiny rust mite that causes it but have been as yet unable to find a cure or treatment for it
