I have a 18 month old willow and the stems are growing faster than the truck- so I now have stems trailling on the ground. Any advice on pruning.
Thanks

I had one of those once and I know what you mean. My cat of the time used to lurk underneath it waiting to ambush birds - failed miserably of course. I used to just cut the ends of the trailing branches off when they hit the ground. I got fed up with the tree in the end and got rid of it.
OK, I'll give it a trim.
