Long handle bulb planter J.Bentley offer

If anybody interested I just bought J.Bentley long handle bulb planter for £16 including postage. Google - British Garden centres - press on Shop - page 2.
Save me from the back breaking work with the small hand handle ones which I tend to bend in all shapes.

Thank you for that tip Perki. My short handled one is quite rusty now so takes extra effort to push into ground and the first of my bulbs for Autumn planting have just arrived. Mind you, I've just had a look at the bulbs (Allium Globemaster) and I don't think the bulb planter will be big enough! Could be a spade job I think.
Yep ideal time now for a new bulb planter, the cutting diameter is decent at 7cm but not big enough for glodemaster, might get away with gladiator and mount everest alliums. I havent used it yet but it feels really well made and its got a 15 year guarantee.
Just ordered one!
