Rowan tree

Hi  

I planted a Rowan tree in my front garden in April and its flowering now in august...do u think the tree is ok? 

what can I do to help it? Please could you help me anyone.

    if the leaves look OK then then it's fine, they're part that shows health or not. Don't let it dry out but otherwise leave it alone.

    I think the fact that it's flowering quite late - it ought to be fruiting soon - is because it was planted quite late (April). The removal stress has upset its biological clock, plus the rather cold late spring. You should get berries in about November. If so, all is well. Good gardening. Ian.
