Pond care

i have had new pond made and it is edged with stone. The stones are held down with sand and cement. Some of this mixture has fallen into the pond. Can anyone tell me if I should drain the pond and clean it out before I plant or will the water clear when I plant it up.  Any help would be grateful.

    You're probably ok, but it depends somewhat on how big the pond is and how much concrete has fallen in.
    If the concrete was still wet you may have a problem, but once it's set I think it should be ok.
