I have a 3 year old Cord illness which is approx 3Feet tall. It has 2 center points where the new growth ones from. Just recently all the new growth is coming out brown from both center point. A new shoot has appeared in the soil at the bottom of the plant. Is the adult plant dying and is there anything I need to do to save my Cordilyne. Sorry for the obvious mistakes in this thread but my device is changing my typing.
