Autumn beding plants

Hi

Autumn bedding plants, are ok for the first two months but there seem a waste of money after then.

Any suggestions?

I am not much experienced but even as beginner i say +1 for sweet williams and wallflowers. I am going to sow biennials this week. Should have done earlier though. Getting these as autumn bedding is fine as well.

With these plants, beds dont look bare over winter, slugs arent much interested in those and lovely pefumed flowers in spring.

For winter flowers, getting primulas in flower as bedding plant when you need is good. They are easy to grow from seed but then they didnt flower in winter and waited till spring.
