a mallow of some sort. Too close in the see the leaves so can't be more precise
In the sticks near Peterborough
It looks to me like Malva sylvestris - the Common Mallow.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Maybe a lavatera?
Definitely lavatera for my money. So pretty and, as you can see, good for our bees.
