Well, that definitely bears similarities to a butternut squash - let's wait and see what happens.
I would pinch out the growing tips of all the shoots at two leaves beyond the last female flower to encourage the plant to concentrate on fruit production. If a shoot has no female flowers just pinch the tip out anyway.

My guess is that it is a butternut squash, the flowers look identical
