I'm no expert but yellow spots suggest some sort of mineral deficiency.

Sorry, as I said I'm no expert. 'Hang around' though and you might get a more informative reply from someone else reading the thread.

Can you tell us what sort of compost they're planted in, and are they indoors or outside?

If you look on the underside of a leaf, can you see any tiny little bugs? a magnifying glass would help. Sometimes a spider mite infection can cause the leaves to go like yours, but it could just be a mineral deficiency or its just not happy where it is for some reason.

A bit more info would be helpful.

Yes it does look like a nutrient deficiency. Is that ordinary soil? I'l apply dilute Tomorite or a seaweed based tomato/chilli feed.

yea it is ordinary soil with cow manure.i planted them indoor but growth is very slow so i take them outdoor and they are outdoor for 2-3 week.
i grow many plants(not vegetable plants)in same type of soil and they grow fine.

even my tomato plant is fine with same soil but these plant is not doing fine and look like they are dying.

Do you guys thing it may be due to over watering ?some local nursery man said it is due to over water but i didn't trust him.

if it is due to nutrient deficiency tell me which fertilizer should i use?
