Do you mean the White plant? If so, maybe it's a type of delphinium?

I think it's a type of verbascum. I have a violet one that looks similar. I don't mean the mullein type.
Have a look at Verbascum phoeniceum flush of white.
I Think verbascum is a strong probability.
