Basil

Does anyone know why I have white flowers on my Basil herb plant, is it fine to leave them or do I need to remove them?

Its what it is designed to produce. Cut off the flower heads so that the plant can concentrate on producing more leaves.

or do what I do and leave a couple of plants to flower and seed so you can collect seed for next year. Only need to do this every other year as they produce a lot of seed.

it means you're not using it fast enough andyimage

Most plants flower, it's how they reproduce. Without them there'd be no seeds next time
