My Aunt has a box elder (acer negundo) that looks similar, and it has sycamore seeds, that are more angular than the common variety. Hers hasn't got much of a maple leaf shape to it. But quite a pretty tree, I see you can get florida variegated varieties.

The bottom one is Elder, I think
Not so sure about the top one, possible a red Maple?

Top one might be Acer negundo, if you go out and look at the leaves if they are in leaflets rather than a single leaf that would indicate negundo.
