Bio roof weeds

Have just weeded the bio roof, which is on our single storey extension. The mosses are beginning to get smothered by the weeds. If I apply weed killer will it kill the mosses too? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks

I should think so. Weedkillers can't tell one plant from another

When I put glyphosate on the paths the mossy bits go yellow.
