Blackfly on runner beans

My runner beans have just started cropping but have a lot of blackfly. What can I use to control them but still be able to eat?

Give them a blast with the hose or spray plants with a mixture of soap and water or just wipe off with hands
the runner beans should not be affected if you get into action quickly
