My Honeysuckle has finished flowering ( lasted about a week ) and is now putting out new growth, don't think I'm going to get a second round of flowers though, so I'll settle for the new stems to try and cover the trellis.
The way that honeysuckle stem has raced away indicates to me that it's a youngster, vigorous, still getting established and won't flower until it's made enough mature growth. Don't worry, it will!

I'm no expert but isn't that a clematis?
