growing on my new allotment

this is growing on my new allotment, does anyone know what it is?

  • thank you nutcutlet, it is however only about 18ins tall, is that about right for this time of year?   makes a lovely filler for flower arranging -  sounds like I can eat it too image

    It may get a lot bigger yet but 'tree' is a bit OTT.image

    They germinate at any time from spring and just keep growing for some weeks. The young stage is the most attractive, once they've been flowering for a while they are less colourful.

    and they make millions of seeds
