On a similar thread last year, there was a yummy recipe for Courgette Bhajis (or Pakoras). Was it topbird who gave the recipe?
I made lots and froze them, and they were delicious. Trouble is, I've lost the recipe. I would love to have it again - I have one or two (!) courgettes that need seeing to .
Ladybird thanks for posting link to your marmalade recips - it say '500 gms lemons or any mix of citrus fruit' - how many oranges was 500grams?! and what's a calmondium tree?
The little tree was labelled as a Calamondin (Citrus x microcarpa) which I think is basically just another form of bitter orange. I think most people just buy them for the heavenly scent of orange blossom when they flower. The tiny little fruits you can see in the bowl of my first picture made the 500gm (just under a lb in old money)The largest of those oranges was just a bit bigger than a 50p piece.

Nothing to forgive ...now get my jar in the post please! I'll have the one with the space on top and then I can add the ginger when it gets here.
pp - slight problem - I ate the evidence! Fellow Forum posters all your recipes sound absolutely delish and thanks for sharing.
