Anyone seen any white cornflowers as some are growing in my garden the first I have seen.  Also got  a plant that looks a bit like a triphid can any one show any light on that?

    white cornflowers, yes, that's OK.

Triffid? can it walk? I've never seen the film but I read the book many years ago.

Would need a photo for that one

Is the white cornflower  an annual or the perennial one?

clattnow, I read books, I can't watch films made from themimage

The Day of the Triffids was good when I first read it (don't ask how long ago) but seems very dated now.

I look forward to meeting your triffid

Thank you nutcutlet I agree as I think I recall planting a paeony so yes I like them.  Do they flower at any stage?  What are the other plants may I ask?  Thank you for identifying it.

Hi there Fidgetbones,  sorry should have responded earlier,  yes the cornflowers are perennials that means they come back every two years?   Do you have any?
